The primary goal of Pinnacle Sustainable Construction is to provide value added services in consulting and construction in the fields of sustainable and ecologically responsible construction to construct and develop living environments, structures and communities that are far healthier and more productive to live in utilizing passive solar gain, natural cooling, super-insulation, stringent air-tightness standards, mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems, low VOC interiors, reduced water consumption and water waste, reduced material consumption, use recycled and recyclable materials, utilize renewable energies and create living environments to produce structures with far greater lifecycles, reduced operating and maintenance costs and substantially reduced environmental impact in both material and energy consumption for the life of the structure or development. Structures should be built for durability and longevity as well as require minimal maintenance to further reduce long term expenses and ecological impact. This in turn adds quality and value to the project as well as higher resale values and extended structure life.
